Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 package active yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Cooking spray
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, dry ones first, in a stand mixer with bread kneading attachment.
Step 2
Turn on mixer and run for 10 minutes to knead dough fully. If the dough is still sticky, add small amounts (one teaspoon at a time) until the dough is a firm ball.
Step 3
Remove dough from mixer bowl and spray with cooking spray. Return dough to mixer bowl and let stand for an hour, until doubled in size.
Step 4
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and divide into two equal pieces. Cover each with a clean kitchen towel and let rest for 10 minutes.
