- 2 lb chicken
- 5 Tablespoons Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic
- 1 Tablespoons Ginger
- 1/4-1/2 packet Tandoori spice mix (pre-packaged or see recipe) – amount depends on your taste…if you don’t eat spicy food regularly, you may want to start with 1-2 Tablespoons and increase from there.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl and mix well.
Add chicken to ingredients and use your hands to ensure chicken pieces are fully coated with the mixture.
Marinate for at least 45 minutes.
Bake in baking dish for 35-40 minutes.
Turn oven to Broil and finish cooking on broil for 5 minutes.
Serve with naan or rice.
