Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 10 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 4 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (6-8 lemons)
  • 1 fresh chile, minced and seeded
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor, puree to form a smooth sauce. Add salt to taste.
